Stephany Saarti is a pharmacist, medical affairs expert, and researcher working at the intersection of ethics, strategy, and advanced therapies, particularly in oncology and immunology. With experience spanning hospital practice, community pharmacy and pharmaceutical medical affairs at both local and global levels, she has worked across oncology and immunology in roles connecting clinical practice, medical strategy, and healthcare innovation.
After earning her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and a research degree in pharmacology from Saint Joseph University (Beirut), Stephany completed a fellowship in clinical pharmacy at Hôtel-Dieu de France. Her strong interest in patient care, oncology, and innovation led her to pursue further specialization in clinical research at Paris Descartes University, before specializing in immunotherapy at Sorbonne University. Most recently, she completed the Global Executive master’s in management (GEMM) at HEC Paris, with a focus on how to better align ethics and strategy in drug development and healthcare innovation.
Her recent research explored the strategic and bioethical challenges surrounding advanced immuno-oncology therapies, including CAR-T and other cellular therapies, and led to the development of the VERITAS framework, an integrative model bridging ethical reasoning and strategic leadership in healthcare innovation. Stephany Saarti has also contributed to peer-reviewed research in patient adherence and illness perception, including publications associated with Nature Publishing Group.
